Muse Honolulu is a new luxury condo coming to Honolulu's fast-growing neighborhood of Ala Moana after “One Ala Moana” which is similar class of the luxury residence in this area.

All residences will have wooden flooring in living area and kitchen. The bedroom will be the carpet for the default. However, there is the upgrade option for switching to the wood flooring in bedrooms too. Only the 3BR's will come with wood flooring in the bedrooms, there is the wine fridge with the original standard package. All units are expected to have kitchen appliances from Wolf Appliances with Sub-Zero fridge, Wolf ovens and Cove dishwasher. The project will also be offering various unit upgrade options.



Kitchen and the bathroom can select from Light or Dark color selections.

There will not be any affordable housing units within the project for sale.

However, the developer will offer 101 affordable rentals in a different location, of which 87 of the 101 units are restricted to families earning up to 80% of the areas median income and the remaining 14 units families can earn up to 100% of the area median income.
